Health Care Reform--who gains, who loses

On health reform, the legislative machinery rumbles on.  Going on this week, the Baucus markup of a bill without a real public option, to appease mainly health insurance companies that will get a captive audience of insureds, federal payments for those at the bottom, without giving up their "economic rent" profits, which is one of the main things driving up health costs in this country.

In another corner, Will Ferrell at his best (video sponsored by MoveOn.org).  One might argue that the word for the day is that "no health insurance company should have to lose one cent of their billions in profits just because sick Americans need health care" (to quote Move On's lead in to the video).....
